Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Global Online Solutions, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, for your use of StayNRI's mobile apps, web planner, public website, Travel Assistant, and related services.

By creating an account or using StayNRI, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use StayNRI

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Use StayNRI only for yourself or where you have lawful authority to manage the information involved.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in methods secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and devices.
• Do not share reviewer, administrator, or another person's credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Supported mobile devices may offer local-only use. The web planner and cloud sync require a verified account and network access.

4. Planning estimates, not professional advice

Residency, immigration, citizenship, and tax rules can use different day-count methods, exceptions, evidence, and financial years. You are responsible for checking your records and obtaining advice from a qualified professional or the relevant authority before making a decision.

Do not rely on StayNRI as your only travel record or as proof accepted by an authority.

5. Travel Assistant

The Travel Assistant can interpret messages and supported files to prepare an editable itinerary. Artificial intelligence can misunderstand, omit, or invent information. Review every country, date, traveller, purpose, and family-time choice before saving.

Assistant output cannot create or change a Travel record without your authenticated review and confirmation. The Assistant does not provide legal or tax advice and must not be used for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.

6. Your content and uploads

You keep ownership of information and files you provide. You give StayNRI and its service providers a limited permission to process that content only to operate, secure, improve with your separate consent, and support the features you request.

Assistant ratings do not copy chat text. If you opt in to product improvement, StayNRI must show the exact text-only conversation before you separately confirm sharing it. Approved administrators may review that shared copy; automated analysis receives only de-identified tags, counts, and summaries. You may withdraw the shared copy using the available controls.

Upload only files you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, another person's private information without authority, or material that infringes intellectual-property rights. Keep original tickets and official records outside StayNRI.

7. Location suggestions and notifications

Optional device location can suggest that your country may have changed. A detected device country is not proof that you travelled, and the device may not be with you. Nothing changes your Travel timeline or totals until you review and save a complete record.

Notification delivery and background timing depend on the device, operating system, permissions, battery controls, and network. StayNRI cannot guarantee that an alert will arrive at a particular time.

8. Backups, exports, and sync

You are responsible for keeping your encrypted backup password and downloaded files safe. StayNRI cannot recover a forgotten backup password. CSV and JSON exports may contain sensitive information and are no longer protected by StayNRI after you save or share them.

Sync depends on account access and connectivity. Review sync status before removing an app or replacing a device. We work to preserve confirmed records, but you should maintain an independent copy of information you cannot afford to lose.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use StayNRI unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Try to bypass authentication, quotas, app-integrity checks, permissions, or security controls.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or interfere with the service or another account.
• Use automated systems to obtain content or access beyond the interfaces provided.
• Misrepresent StayNRI estimates or AI output as an official determination.

10. Free and paid features

StayNRI may offer free limits and optional paid features. Prices, renewal periods, limits, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase through the relevant app store or service. Store billing, refunds, and subscription management are also subject to the store's terms and applicable consumer law.

We may change future pricing or feature limits with reasonable notice. A change will not remove rights already required by law.

11. Service availability and changes

StayNRI is under active development. Features can differ by platform and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or changes required by law or app stores. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update or discontinue a feature. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable way to export available user data before a material discontinuation.

12. Suspension and deletion

You may stop using StayNRI or permanently delete your account at any time. See the Account Deletion page.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. We will use proportionate measures and provide notice where lawful and practical.

13. Intellectual property

StayNRI's software, design, branding, and service content belong to Global Online Solutions or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as provided. They do not transfer ownership of StayNRI or your content.

14. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, StayNRI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that estimates, AI output, reminders, sync, or availability will always be accurate or complete.

Global Online Solutions is not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated user input; missed alerts; third-party service outages; or loss caused by sharing exports or backup passwords. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue fairly.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as StayNRI changes. The current terms and effective date will remain on this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
